Summary

Nevarez Auto Repair & Collision is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (Entry Level) to support our leadership team in Houston. This is a full-time, on-site role. We need a "right-hand person" who is organized, energetic, and ready to learn. No previous assistant experience is required—we will train the right person!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and set appointments for management.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
• Assist with local pick-ups, deliveries, or shop-related tasks.
• Maintain digital and physical files for the business.
• Help with daily shop operations to keep owners focused.

Requirements

• High energy and a "get-it-done" attitude.
• Fluent English skills (Bilingual/Spanish is a huge plus).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transport.
• Ability to handle business information with confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once.
