Job Summary
We are looking for a personable and organized Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the face and voice of Catherine’s Auto Repair. You won't just be "selling service"—you will be a consultant for our clients, managing shop workflow and translating mechanical jargon into understandable advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet customers and document symptoms accurately.
- Service Coordination: Liaison between technicians and customers.
- Estimate Preparation: Create accurate estimates and prioritize safety-critical repairs.
- Parts Procurement: Source and order necessary parts to keep repairs moving.
- Final Delivery: Review final invoices and provide advice for future care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of automotive customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional communication and empathy.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems (brakes, engines, tires).
- Comfortable with digital shop management software.
- A commitment to the "Catherine’s Way"—no unnecessary upselling.
